Community Training Guidelines.
In order to ensure a quality training for all participants the following guidelines will be followed:
Registration – All participants must register in OCCRRA for training sessions.
Attendance – All professional development will begin promptly. We recommend all participants arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the session. Those arriving more than 15 minutes late for a session will not receive credit for the session and will be considered a no show.
Payments – Payment can be made on our website using a credit or debit card.
Children – ECE Program Solutions is unable to accommodate children (regardless of age) at training sessions.
Cell Phones – All cell phones must be turned off or on vibrate during the training session. Texting is not allowed during the session.
Cancellations – Participants may cancel registration 10 days prior to training and will receive a refund minus a $5.00 processing fee. If ECE Program Solutions cancels sessions due to weather or insufficient registration a full refund will be given. In the event that a registered participant is unable to attend, the organization may send a substitute.
